Lowell Flats was completed September 2006 by ALCO Construction. The project includes 3 condos in a modern-style remodel of an existing multi-family dwelling. The building was originally constructed in the early 1900s in the Sloan's Lake neighborhood in Denver.
Just 4 blocks from beautiful Sloan's Lake, these upscale live spaces contain all of the latest amenities including stainless steel appliances, European light fixtures, sleek modern bathrooms, natural stone facade, and views of both the mountains and the city.






ALCO (Alaska-Colorado) Construction was founded in 1996 by Nick Mystrom.  Since that time, ALCO has been an active part of the Denver building community. With over 200 clients using ALCO for general contracting services and 27 successful residential development projects, the future looks bright for ALCO.
